This was one of the meals that one of my butties* from the Penygraig WhatsApp group posted, he orders boxes of red meat from independent butchers online, he knows how to cook read meat very well, I don't, and the rest of the group poke fun at my cooking efforts, I am off beef steak altogether after my poor efforts.
