Having only discovered the joy of black pudding in my late 30s I tend to use it a little like a garnish on many dishes, here are the leftovers of one of my lockdown deep fried feasts enjoyed with my fellow locked down WFH pals in the neighbourhood, this lunceon was polished off with a few whiskies. The sausages were also deep fried, just like my grandmother Dora used to make us on Saturdays in Treherbert.
