This is my proposal for the National dish of the Celtic nation of Cornwall, cornish pasties were always a staple in our house, my mother discovered a van selling out of date Peters Savuory Products from nearby Merthy Tydfil on Pandy Market, I think they cost 5 items for a £1, of course this was served in the illustrious school canteen too, in those days I tried unsuccessfully to replicate some of the meals from Pandy comp at home.
