I used to make my own pies, I bought six metal pie dishes from a foodware shop in Shrewsbury about 2008, these were the best pies, I used large chuns of meat in a thick red wine gravy, sometimes the gravy would erupt like a volcano and stain the pie, other times I just burned them, my cheap IKEA oven would heat up a lot faster at the rear of the oven than the front.
