Here is a horrific image of Penrhys... My ten year old son urged me to paint some environmental art - so here we have postcards from the far future where #climatechange has changed our flora to alien species, valleys are flooded and previously verdant landscapes have become desert, the sun doesn't shine through the smog enough, the skies have changed colour and GM crops are de-facto, it's a most beautiful array of horror.

In this case the Rhondda River has been dammed to control excess water from flooding the outer parts of the basin - particularly in the Cardiff area. Most of the upper rhondda is now below the waterline with refugees piling into Penrhys.
